About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and meticulous Junior Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Germany. This full-time position involves assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects while collaborating closely with project managers and multidisciplinary teams. The role aims to ensure that projects are executed timely, stay within scope, and align with corporate objectives. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or individuals in the early stages of their career who want to grow in the field of project coordination and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and tracking of project activities and timelines.
- Help project managers with scheduling, allocation of resources, and monitoring tasks.
- Coordinate project meetings by preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and monitoring follow-ups on action points.
- Keep track of project progress and create consistent status updates for all stakeholders involved.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records for reference and compliance.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate potential risks or issues impacting project success.
- Assist with budget monitoring, resource distribution, and generating detailed reports.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving project delivery and operational workflows.
- Carry out additional coordination and administrative tasks as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience from internships or previous roles in project coordination, administration, or operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities with efficient planning skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication, coupled with good interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com is beneficial.
- Ability to analyze situations effectively and resolve problems thoughtfully.
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams.
- Good proficiency in English; German language skills are a positive addition but not essential.
