About the role
Inkeros is hiring a Junior Recruiter for its Calgary, Alberta office. This role is part of the recruiting team and is designed for someone who wants to build practical experience in high-volume hiring while working with multiple clients in a fast-moving environment.
What you will do
- Review applications and resumes, then help maintain a strong pool of suitable candidates.
- Carry out candidate interviews by phone or face to face.
- Assess applicants using interview notes and resume evaluation, and move forward or decline candidates accordingly.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders who have questions.
- Work toward weekly strategy goals for the clients assigned to you.
