About the Role

The kitchen porter plays a vital role in maintaining the seamless operation of the kitchen by ensuring cleanliness and organization, allowing the cooking team to focus on delivering bold and flavorful food.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a spotless and well-prepared kitchen environment at all times
- Clean pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to support chefs in continuous meal preparation
- Replenish cleaning supplies and promptly inform the team when stock is low
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols to safeguard self and colleagues
