Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and proactive Food & Beverage professionals eager to advance their career in the hospitality industry. This role is stationed at Park Rotana & Park Arjaan Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in food processing areas, storage rooms, walk-in refrigerators, kitchen tools, immediate corridors, holding zones, and operation equipment.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Adhere to duty schedules and assigned shifts accurately.
• Carry out stewarding duties according to instructions provided.
• Minimize waste, breakage, and food spoilage effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

Candidates should have vocational training in food and beverage services and prior experience as a Kitchen Steward. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
