Labour Helper / Cutting Machine Operator

About the Role

Laxmi Engineering Works is seeking diligent and responsible Labour Helpers to operate cutting machines and assist in various production-related activities in their workshop. The selected candidates will handle raw materials, support lathe machine operations, and contribute to maintaining smooth manufacturing processes adhering to safety and quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate cutting machines following given instructions.
• Safely load and unload raw materials.
• Provide assistance in lathe machine tasks and other production operations.
• Accurately measure and cut materials as per specifications.
• Keep the work area clean and well-organized.
• Conduct routine checks on machines and promptly report any malfunctions to supervisors.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company procedures.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets.
• Perform additional workshop duties assigned by senior staff.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be hardworking and accountable in execution of duties.
• Capable of operating cutting and lathe machines or willing to learn.
• Able to handle raw materials carefully and maintain workshop hygiene.
• Should understand and comply with safety standards.

Compensation

Monthly remuneration ranges from 15000 to 18000 INR.
