Role Overview
We seek a seasoned Learning & Development specialist to spearhead the creation and evolution of learning initiatives at SentiLink. This essential role involves defining the organization's comprehensive learning strategy, enhancing existing programs, and creating new ones that foster growth for employees, managers, and leaders throughout their professional journeys.
As the learning leader, you will develop programs spanning the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding and fraud education to leadership cultivation and continuous professional development—assessing impact and refining approaches to meet evolving needs.
Responsibilities
- Craft and lead the company’s learning strategy by pinpointing skill gaps and prioritizing impactful initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Create, refine, and expand learning sessions addressing onboarding, fraud awareness, managerial skills, leadership advancement, and ongoing career growth.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to identify competencies required and design targeted, effective learning interventions.
- Conduct engaging workshops and training activities tailored to diverse audiences across organizational levels.
- Enhance organizational knowledge sharing through the development of scalable educational materials, documentation, and self-service platforms.
- Evaluate program success through data analysis and feedback, continuously iterating to optimize learning outcomes.
- Oversee the full spectrum of learning efforts, balancing strategic planning with hands-on program delivery.
Qualifications
- 6 to 10 years’ experience in Consulting (especially in learning, change management, or organizational effectiveness), Learning & Development, or Talent Development.
- Proven capability in designing and scaling new learning programs rather than managing pre-existing content.
- Strong presentation and facilitation aptitude capable of engaging varied audiences.
- Robust project management skills with an ability to independently juggle multiple projects from start to finish.
- Expertise in crafting engaging, practical adult learning experiences.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-changing environment requiring program development from scratch.
- A curious, collaborative, pragmatic mindset with strong execution focus.
Preferred Experience
- Background in startup or rapid-growth tech sectors.
- Exposure to supporting technical teams and environments.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers an annual salary between $155,000 and $200,000, along with equity participation and comprehensive benefits.
