Overview
This role is for a learning facilitation professional who can build and deliver training experiences that improve employee performance and contribute to business objectives. The position centers on leading in-person and virtual instruction, meeting training compliance needs, and making learning programs more effective over time. The right person will be flexible, collaborative, and enthusiastic about creating an engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize, coordinate, and conduct training sessions, including classroom-based and virtual instructor-led programs.
- Choose and ready learning materials that align with the intended training outcomes.
- Create a positive, inclusive setting that encourages participation, knowledge sharing, and strong training results.
- Maintain accurate training documentation and records to meet company, quality, and regulatory obligations.
- Review evaluation results and participant feedback to gauge training impact and identify ways to improve.
- Evaluate and incorporate appropriate digital and online learning tools to strengthen the delivery experience.
- Ensure training efforts support team priorities and broader organizational strategy.
- Work independently to decide the best approach in changing or unclear situations while staying within established guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in training, facilitation, or learning and development.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
- Strong interest in improving learner experience and advancing continuous improvement efforts.
Preferred Qualifications
- A master’s degree is preferred.
- Understanding of curriculum development and adult learning concepts.
- Experience delivering training through different tools and approaches for varied audiences.
- Background in project management or process management is an advantage.
