Job Overview
We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team based in Chandigarh IT Park. This role is fully onsite and focuses on generating qualified leads primarily through LinkedIn and other online platforms.
Key Duties
- Generate high-quality leads by leveraging LinkedIn, email campaigns, thorough online research, and other digital channels.
- Identify prospective customers and keep an updated and organized prospect database.
- Perform detailed research on target industries and companies to support lead generation efforts.
- Assess and qualify leads to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to ensure seamless lead transfer and follow-up.
- Maintain meticulous records of lead activities within CRM systems or spreadsheet tools.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Necessary Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in B2B lead generation is essential.
- Proficient use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead sourcing tools is required.
- Strong skills in internet research and data collection techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational capabilities.
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- A self-driven attitude with a clear focus on achieving targets.
