Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Rise And Shine Learning Solutions Private Limited in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The candidate will operate various production machines including CNC, VMC, lathe, drilling, and milling equipment. The role involves setting up machines, monitoring their operations, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned production machines such as CNC, VMC, lathe, drilling, and milling machines.
• Load raw materials and unload finished goods efficiently.
• Set up machines as per production demands.
• Observe machine operations closely and detect any irregularities.
• Use precision measuring tools like Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges to inspect components.
• Verify product compliance with quality standards and engineering specifications.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on machines.
• Report any machine breakdowns or quality concerns promptly to supervisors.
• Keep accurate production records and log sheets for machines.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and personal protective equipment usage.
• Meet daily production goals with minimal product rejection rates.

This position is based onsite in Coimbatore and requires adherence to operational safety standards. Candidates should be committed to maintaining efficient production processes while ensuring product quality.

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this role is between 15000 and 27000 INR.
