About the Role

We are looking for a highly meticulous Menu Manager to lead the creation, implementation, and continual improvement of all menu-related materials across our diverse restaurant portfolio. This position bridges culinary, operations, marketing, and design teams, acting as the central coordinator and final checkpoint for clarity, accuracy, and visual presentation. The Menu Manager will handle a wide array of menus from multiple active restaurants and support new restaurant launches in progress. The role encompasses gathering and refining content, creatively routing menus, rigorous proofreading, and overseeing the final production phase, demanding exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a profound respect for details often overlooked by others. Reporting to the Marketing & Brand Director, the position involves close collaboration with senior leaders, culinary staff, operations, and creative departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of menu creation from content collection to final production and in-market deployment.
• Maintain a detailed menu calendar to ensure timely updates, seasonal rotations, and new launches.
• Collaborate closely with culinary and operations teams to guarantee accuracy and alignment of all menu content with the desired guest experience.
• Work with the creative team to transform content into polished, branded menu designs.
• Conduct thorough proofing and editing for all menus, focusing on spelling, grammar, formatting, and brand consistency.
• Coordinate menu review and approval processes across leadership to maintain alignment.
• Manage all aspects of menu printing and production by liaising with external print vendors and handling in-house printing as needed.
• Oversee digital menu updates on brand websites and third-party platforms, ensuring accuracy on launch dates.
• Maintain organized archives of all menu versions for operational, financial, and historical purposes.
• Implement and enforce standardized menu criteria throughout all restaurants to ensure consistency at scale.
• Adapt flexibly to changing deadlines and priorities while maintaining high precision and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Strong command of written communication, including grammar and spelling.
