The Merchandising Execution Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring that store products are well-stocked and arranged effectively, aiming to enhance the customer's shopping experience with a strong emphasis on safety, precision, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct price adjustments, product rearrangements, and special merchandising projects to improve product presentation and align with supplier requirements.
• Implement merchandising strategies to guarantee products are showcased appropriately, ultimately boosting sales.
• Construct displays and fixtures using both basic hand and power tools, refreshing signage, brochures, and display materials as needed.
• Collaborate in teams under on-site supervision to serve multiple store departments; tasks involve physical activities such as repetitive lifting, bending, and operating lift equipment.
• Foster strong relationships with store associates and deliver excellent customer service internally and externally.
• Positions available during day and overnight shifts, offered in full-time or part-time capacities.
