Role Overview

Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) play a vital part in ensuring the store's products are well-stocked and attractively presented, offering customers an optimal shopping environment while prioritizing safety, precision, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement price updates, product rotations, and special initiatives aimed at enhancing product displays to satisfy customer expectations and supplier requirements.
• Apply merchandising strategies to correctly showcase products, boosting sales performance.
• Construct displays and fixtures using basic hand and power tools; refresh display materials, signage, and brochures as needed.
• Collaborate within team settings under on-site supervision, serving multiple store departments which involves repetitive physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and operating lift machinery.
• Foster strong relationships with store colleagues and deliver excellent customer service to both internal teams and external shoppers.
