MIS Executive - Data Analyst

About the Role

Qubeplast Packaging Solutions is seeking a meticulous MIS Executive to oversee and analyze business data efficiently. The role involves preparing precise reports and delivering management insights in a timely manner. Candidates with strong expertise in Advanced Excel and prior experience in manufacturing settings will find this position well-suited to their skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports encompassing production, sales, inventory, dispatch, and purchase metrics.
• Maintain and regularly update Excel-based dashboards and trackers.
• Gather, validate, and scrutinize data across multiple departments to guarantee data integrity.
• Ensure all reports are accurate and submitted within designated deadlines.
• Collaborate effectively with teams from Production, Stores, Purchase, Accounts, and Sales.
• Identify and document discrepancies in data thoroughly.
• Assist management through detailed data analysis and performance reporting.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Advanced Microsoft Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF formulas, Charts, and Conditional Formatting.
• Strong analytical abilities combined with robust reporting skills.
• Familiarity with ERP software systems is an advantage.
• Effective communication and coordination capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage workloads and meet tight deadlines.
• Graduation in B.Com, BBA, BCA, or a related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis, preferably within manufacturing industries (Plastic Manufacturing, Injection Moulding, FMCG, or Manufacturing).

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging between ₹17,000 and ₹25,000.
