Epergne Solutions is hiring an experienced Network Engineer in Singapore to handle the implementation, upkeep, and full lifecycle of enterprise network infrastructure. The role calls for deep practical knowledge of routing and switching, network operations, infrastructure refresh initiatives, and data center network rollouts. You will partner with multiple teams to keep the network secure, dependable, and able to scale.

What you'll do

• Build, deploy, support, and troubleshoot WAN and LAN environments across the enterprise.
• Manage the full hardware lifecycle, including planning and carrying out replacement or refresh work for end-of-life and end-of-support equipment such as routers, switches, Gigamon devices, and terminal servers.
• Handle software lifecycle work by upgrading network operating systems on supported assets to preserve security, performance, and vendor coverage.
• Contribute to the architecture, rollout, and steady-state operation of enterprise network setups with a focus on high availability and strong reliability.
• Work with engineering, infrastructure, product, and external partner teams to plan, deliver, and support network solutions.
• Take part in data center and server room construction, relocation, expansion, and migration projects while keeping business interruption to a minimum.
• Carry out device onboarding tasks such as provisioning, configuration, integration, testing, and documentation.
• Track network performance and resolve incidents in line with operational goals and service-level expectations.
• Keep technical records accurate, including network diagrams and operating procedures.
• Look for ways to strengthen network performance, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.

Experience and qualifications

This position requires at least 8 years of experience in enterprise network engineering or network infrastructure support. Strong hands-on capability with routing and switching is essential, along with experience managing both hardware and software lifecycles in enterprise environments. Candidates should have worked with large WAN and LAN networks, infrastructure refresh and migration projects, and data center or server room deployments. Device onboarding and integration experience is also important. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related area is preferred, though equivalent practical experience is acceptable. Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or similar are considered an advantage. Experience using network monitoring and management tools will be useful.
