About the Role
Noorka Logistics is inviting applications for a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join its administrative team located in Dubai. This position is suited for individuals who are enthusiastic about supporting daily office functions, managing clerical duties, and maintaining an organized work environment. The appointed person will be instrumental in assisting various departments and enhancing the smooth operation of the logistics company.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver administrative and clerical support to management and multiple departments.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and correspondences with professionalism.
- Organize, file, scan, and upkeep company documents and records efficiently.
- Manage scheduling of meetings, appointments, and office calendars.
- Draft reports, letters, presentations, and other business paperwork as needed.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and arrange refills when necessary.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and document deliveries.
- Enter data accurately and sustain effective office databases and filing systems.
- Support daily office operations and fulfill additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Have 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy in records management.
- Uphold a professional demeanor with the capability to handle confidential information responsibly.
