Key Responsibilities

Manage German freight traffic to/from the Nordics and Southern Europe
Develop and implement strategies that reinforce corporate goals
Recruit and grow the German organizational team
Maintain quality control and productivity metrics
Oversee cost management and operational efficiency
Monitor performance of carriers and subcontractors
Ensure branch staff achieve targeted goals through close oversight

Candidate Profile

Higher education focusing on logistics; equivalent relevant experience considered
Strong understanding of logistics frameworks and solutions
Results-oriented with a goal-driven approach
Proficient with IT tools and systems
Capable of working independently and fostering relationships
Experience in a comparable operational role
