Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Operations Manager based in Dubai to oversee daily operational activities related to turnkey projects, storage systems, fit-out tasks, and fabrication services. The role demands strategic planning, coordination of project delivery, management of schedules and resources, and ensuring all work complies with safety, deadline, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all daily operational functions.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities for projects accurately.
• Handle vendor and subcontractor management processes.
• Coordinate material dispatch and receiving activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience in operations management within construction, fit-out, fabrication, or technical service sectors.
• Proficient in project planning, scheduling, resource management, and optimizing workflows.
• Comprehensive knowledge of health, safety, and quality protocols applicable to construction and technical projects.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities with effective stakeholder engagement skills.
• Preferred academic background includes a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, or related disciplines.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this position is AED 7000.
