About the Role
This position is a part-time freelance assignment based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must possess the legal right to work independently as freelancers in Saudi Arabia and the UAE without any sponsorship from Signature Associates, as no employment contracts, visa, or work permit assistance will be provided. The engagement is strictly freelance and part-time; those currently employed full-time are ineligible. The sales representative is responsible for generating qualified leads and maintaining a steady pipeline targeting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and corporate clients lacking internal HR capabilities, along with project-based HR roles.
Engagement Terms
- Freelancers should invoice via their own business entities or as individuals.
- Compensation, including day rates or retainers, will be negotiated before commencement.
- A commission structure linked to pipeline contribution and closed deals will be implemented.
- Performance and remuneration will be reviewed after three months in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- No employment benefits, visa sponsorship, or support are included.
Responsibilities
- Carry out cold and warm outreach to decision-makers in KSA and UAE via phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Communicate fluently in Arabic and English as required by prospects.
- Research and pre-contact at least five attendees before networking events to network effectively.
- Drive attendance for webinars and events organized by Signature through targeted campaigns.
- Follow up with all webinar and event participants within 24 to 48 hours post-event.
- Discover and develop new lead sources such as business councils and chambers of commerce.
- Maintain a clean and current HubSpot CRM, logging all interactions on the day they occur.
- Flag and schedule re-engagements with prospects showing potential for future business.
- Provide weekly pipeline updates during scheduled check-ins with senior management.
- Qualify prospects by gathering information on company size, HR infrastructure, pain points, and readiness to contract.
- Identify optimal timing to involve senior management for consultations and closing.
- Ensure smooth and documented handovers of qualified prospects to senior management.
- Attend relevant business events, trade fairs, and HR forums in KSA and UAE to promote the Signature brand.
- Represent the company professionally at both physical and virtual events.
- Assist in event logistics and promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
Exclusions
The following responsibilities are retained by senior management and are not part of this role: consultative selling with tailored needs analysis, contract negotiation and closing, account management, and upselling (subject to review after 90 days).
Candidate Requirements
- Native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent spoken and written skills—this is mandatory.
- Prior sales or business development experience within the Gulf region is essential.
- Must legally qualify to freelance without sponsorship in KSA and UAE.
- Candidates currently employed full-time are not eligible.
