Overview

This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service and supporting sales floor activities to create a welcoming shopping environment and promote customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers warmly, embodying the company's values and providing assistance as needed.
• Participate in various Customer Experience roles including cashiering, greeting customers, managing self-checkout stations, stocking, and customer service management.

Required Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years old.
• Maintain a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Possess basic mathematical abilities sufficient for the role.
• Demonstrate a willingness to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
