Phlebotomist - Home Sample Collection

About the Role

Join a rapidly expanding healthcare organization as a Phlebotomist conducting home visits. This role involves traveling to clients' residences to perform basic health assessments and collect samples according to a scheduled itinerary.

Work Schedule and Compensation

The working hours are from 5:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Payment is made per patient visit at a rate of Rs. 140, with earnings increasing based on the number of visits completed daily. It is possible to earn up to Rs. 40,000 monthly by maximizing visits.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients' homes for scheduled basic health examinations and sample collection.
• Adhere strictly to assigned daily schedules and complete all visits punctually.
• Ensure proper collection and accurate recording of samples and related data.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must hold a certificate or degree in DMLT, BMLT, CMLT, or Nursing.
• Proven experience with Vacutainer blood collection techniques is required.
• Willingness and readiness to undertake extensive fieldwork involving daily travel.
• Ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle and a smartphone is mandatory for logistics and coordination.
