PMP Part Time Trainer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and certified PMP Trainer to conduct Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification courses for both corporate clients and individual learners. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management knowledge, excellent facilitation abilities, and demonstrated success in preparing candidates for the PMP exams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct PMP certification training sessions across classroom, virtual, and corporate settings.
• Lead interactive workshops using practical project management examples.
• Teach PMP domains including People, Process, and Business Environment.
• Organize exam-focused sessions such as revision classes, mock tests, and preparation workshops.
• Advise participants on PMP eligibility criteria and exam preparedness.
• Create and tailor course materials, case studies, and hands-on practice exercises.
• Evaluate learners’ progress and provide personalized coaching when necessary.
• Keep current with PMI guidelines, PMP exam updates, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to business growth through demo classes and client engagement meetings.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a valid PMP® credential from PMI.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, IT, Project Management or related discipline.
• Additional relevant certifications like PMI-ACP®, PgMP®, PRINCE2®, Agile, Scrum Master, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.
• A minimum of 7 to 10 years in project management roles.
• At least 3 years of experience delivering PMP or corporate training.
• Background in managing projects in diverse sectors such as IT, engineering, construction, telecom, oil & gas, manufacturing, or banking.
• Demonstrated success in coaching candidates to achieve PMP certification.

Technical Expertise

• In-depth knowledge of the PMBOK® Guide and PMP Exam Content Outline (ECO).
• Familiarity with Agile, Hybrid, and Predictive project management frameworks.
• Expertise in risk, stakeholder, schedule, cost management, project governance, and leadership.
