Role Overview

This role involves designing and executing complex, realistic business tasks that simulate professional scenarios typically found within Fortune 500 companies, focusing on advanced use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. The specialist will collaborate with a large language model (LLM) to co-create, edit, and discuss Office Open XML files, with an emphasis on .pptx presentations.

Key Duties

• Develop detailed, authentic business assignments that reflect high-level professional document workflows.
• Work interactively with an advanced AI language model to generate and refine PowerPoint files and related documents.
• Evaluate and select between two deliverables produced by the LLM for quality and effectiveness on each task iteration.
• Create prompts requiring deep business insight and extensive effort that, without AI, would take multiple hours to complete.
• Engage in structured four-turn dialogues with the LLM, providing ongoing feedback to guide improvements.
• Document insights and recommendations to enhance the language model's handling of real-world business documents.
• Apply cross-functional expertise in business reporting, presentation design, analysis, and proposal crafting across different industry sectors.

Candidate Profile

• At least three years of recent, relevant experience on complex projects for Fortune 500 firms or leading consultancy environments.
• Highly proficient in PowerPoint, complemented by strong skills in Excel and Word, with a proven history of producing and reviewing professional business documentation.
• Experience managing projects within industries such as finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, or retail, across functions including strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, or human resources.
• Skilled at designing realistic business scenarios, workflows, and executive-level presentations, suitable for modeling and reporting purposes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Prior experience interacting with LLMs or AI-driven tools, particularly in iterative conversational frameworks, is a significant advantage.
• Relevant previous roles may include private equity associate, investment banking analyst, consultant, financial planning & analysis (FP&A) analyst, HR specialist, or marketing strategist.
