Position Overview

We are collaborating with a well-established private equity firm based in Boca Raton focused on growth-oriented investments. The firm is seeking to add a Private Equity Associate who will be actively involved throughout the investment cycle rather than performing only support tasks. This role offers direct interaction with seasoned investors, involvement in every phase of deal execution, and the chance to shape investment decisions from initial screening to portfolio management.

Role Scope

The Associate will focus on investments across industrial and business services sectors, gaining broad exposure to diverse companies and intricate investment opportunities within the lower middle market segment.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years and up to 4 years in Investment Banking or Private Equity experience.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and strong analytical abilities.
• Experience assessing investments including conducting financial and commercial due diligence.
• Background in industrial and business services industries is essential.
