About the Firm

Osceola Capital is a Tampa-based lower middle market private equity firm that invests in fragmented services sectors and helps businesses evolve into larger, institutionally ready platforms. The firm manages more than $200M in assets under management, including a $125M Fund I launched in 2020, and is currently deploying capital from Fund II.

The firm focuses on creating value for management teams, business partners, and investors while staying aligned with its stated values, philosophy, and investment process. Its typical targets are majority equity investments in companies with EBITDA between $2 million and $10 million, or revenue between $5 million and $75 million. Core sectors include professional services, facility services, and healthcare services.

Osceola Capital is looking to add a motivated Associate to a team with an active investing track record and a growing portfolio.

Role Overview

The Associate will be involved across the full investment lifecycle, from initial sourcing through diligence, modeling, execution, and portfolio support. This position offers the chance to work closely with senior investors and management teams across a diverse set of businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate prospective investments through financial, operational, and market diligence.
• Create and maintain detailed financial models, including leveraged buyout models and scenario or sensitivity analyses.
• Draft investment memoranda and build presentation materials for both internal and external audiences.
• Assist with structuring, negotiating, and closing transactions.
• Help portfolio companies with strategic projects, performance monitoring, and board reporting.
• Track industry developments and stay connected with banks, intermediaries, and advisors.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline is required; an MSF, MAcc, or MBA is an added advantage.
• Two to five years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or private equity.
• Strong capability in financial analysis and modeling.
• Clear written and verbal communication, along with strong presentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle several projects at once.
• A collaborative mindset, strong work ethic, and genuine interest in contributing to investment results.
