Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate prospective investments through financial, operational, and market diligence.
  • Create and maintain detailed financial models, including leveraged buyout models and scenario or sensitivity analyses.
  • Draft investment memoranda and build presentation materials for both internal and external audiences.
  • Assist with structuring, negotiating, and closing transactions.
  • Help portfolio companies with strategic projects, performance monitoring, and board reporting.
  • Track industry developments and stay connected with banks, intermediaries, and advisors.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline is required; an MSF, MAcc, or MBA is an added advantage.
  • Two to five years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or private equity.
  • Strong capability in financial analysis and modeling.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, along with strong presentation skills.
