About the Role

This role represents an opportunity to lead the development of innovative healthcare products that integrate AI, technology, and enhanced patient experiences. Key Responsibilities

Set and execute the product roadmap for patient-facing experiences and AI-enhanced workflow solutions.
Drive product development from inception to launch, including customer research, problem validation, minimal viable product creation, and iterative improvement.
Identify valuable AI opportunities ensuring safety, human oversight, and reliable user experience.
Work closely with engineering and design teams to define effective solutions and manage trade-offs swiftly.
Translate challenges faced by customers, clinicians, and operational teams into actionable product strategies and specifications.
Utilize data to make informed product choices by creating business cases and assessing impact and feasibility.
Balance technical constraints, regulatory requirements, customer needs, and business priorities when planning initiatives.
Conduct extensive user and stakeholder research to inform product enhancements.
Challenge current processes and contribute to scalable product management practices as the organization expands.
Employ AI tools to improve product discovery and execution workflows.

Candidate Requirements

Proven leadership in product strategy and execution, particularly in developing new products from concept to launch.
Experience releasing AI-driven features or products and guiding them through user adoption phases.
In-depth understanding of AI product development, including technology trade-offs and safety considerations.
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and grasp technical limitations without engineering background.
Strong skills in customer discovery and validation to transform ambiguous problems into concrete opportunities.
Experience in rapid development environments such as startups or high-growth companies.
Skilled in prioritization, decision-making, and clear communication of trade-offs to stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with business acumen linking product decisions to measurable results.
Excellent communication capabilities, adaptable for diverse audiences including executives, engineers, and clinicians.
Experience or familiarity with healthcare workflows or systems like pharmacy operations, EHRs (Epic, Cerner), FHIR, or revenue cycle management is highly desirable.
Curiosity and adaptability towards complex healthcare issues.
Experience as a founder, entrepreneur, or early-stage product creator considered an advantage.
