This opportunity is designed for professionals who want an accelerated career path and the chance to learn from experienced leaders while working at the intersection of healthcare and technology.
Role Overview
This role calls for solid product thinking, solution design, team leadership, delivery governance, stakeholder coordination, and go-to-market support. It is not a backlog-ownership position. Instead, the person will steer Product Owners, Business Analysts, subject matter experts, and other cross-functional partners to make sure product capabilities are clearly defined, suitable for clients, and commercially strong.
The position supports AI-enabled solutions across content operations, intelligence, review, reuse, lifecycle management, metadata, workflow automation, and enterprise content platforms. It operates in a B2B setting where products evolve based on customer needs, delivery insights, and AI/GenAI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret customer pain points and market requirements within pharma content workflows.
- Convert business needs into product themes, MVP boundaries, and roadmap inputs.
- Support teams in shaping requirements, process flows, and documentation.
- Evaluate requirements, demos, and documentation to ensure they are accurate and useful.
- Recommend solutions that are scalable, practical, and aligned with client expectations.
- Lead a team of 8 to 10 members, including Product Owners, Business Analysts, and delivery resources.
- Divide complex requests into defined workstreams with clear ownership and timelines.
- Maintain clarity around priorities, scope, and deliverables.
- Review outputs before they are shared with stakeholders or clients.
- Strengthen accountability and mentor the team on product thinking and execution.
- Oversee the product journey from concept through adoption and ongoing enhancement.
- Work with technology teams to align on product direction.
- Contribute to roadmap planning, prioritization, and release decisions.
- Spot usability, scalability, and client-readiness gaps.
- Use delivery feedback to guide product improvements.
- Support positioning, demos, proposals, and sales-enablement efforts.
- Create capability decks, proof points, and solution narratives.
- Partner with sales and delivery teams to craft client-specific solutions.
- Communicate value, differentiation, and measurable outcomes clearly.
- Support pilots, implementations, and scale-up initiatives.
- Take part in workshops, demos, and solution discussions.
- Ensure execution plans are clear for client commitments.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps early in the process.
- Turn client learnings into reusable assets and frameworks.
- Serve as the link between product, technology, delivery, and client teams.
- Simplify technical and AI-heavy concepts for business stakeholders.
- Manage expectations and support leadership-level conversations.
- Collect structured feedback to improve the solution.
- Define product success measures such as adoption, efficiency, quality, and business impact.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization.
- Develop reusable playbooks, documentation, and frameworks.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in product management, solutioning, business analysis, or consulting within B2B technology.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured execution plans.
- Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, or data-led solutions.
- Good understanding of the product lifecycle.
- Strong communication skills, both client-facing and written.
- Strong sense of ownership, problem-solving ability, and disciplined execution.
- Preferred experience in life sciences or pharma.
- Preferred familiarity with content workflows, DAM/CMS, or content platforms.
- Preferred understanding of GenAI concepts such as LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI workflows.
- Preferred exposure to GTM work, RFPs, demos, and solution decks.
- Preferred experience mentoring teams.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate should be able to shape product direction, guide teams through solution design, keep cross-functional execution moving, support GTM and client conversations, and build scalable reusable solution assets.
