Production Planning Engineer

Role Overview

Wingstair Elevators Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Production Planning Engineer in Pune, Maharashtra. The role focuses on turning demand into executable manufacturing plans and keeping production aligned with timelines, resources, and quality expectations.

What You’ll Do

• Convert sales forecasts and confirmed orders into practical production schedules for daily, weekly, and monthly planning.
• Coordinate the availability of raw materials, equipment, and manpower so output targets can be met.
• Work closely with procurement, design, logistics, and quality teams to reduce delays and keep workflows moving smoothly.
• Monitor shop-floor activity, spot process bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and put corrective measures in place.
• Track operational performance through ERP or MES tools, including machine utilization, OEE, and on-time delivery metrics.
• Prepare progress updates and reports for senior management, including production status and budget compliance.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly stipend/salary of INR 23,000 to INR 25,000.
