Role Overview
As a Project Coordinator within the Professional Services team, you will be responsible for keeping customer implementations organized and progressing smoothly. Working directly with key team members including the Head of Professional Services, Solution Architects, and Customer Success Managers, your role is pivotal in tracking deliverables, ensuring accountability, and maintaining open communication with clients and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and status documentation, ensuring all updates and changes are tracked accurately.
- Maintain the Professional Services Projects Dashboard by updating weekly status tags, summaries, blockers, and go-live dates for reporting purposes.
- Ensure all internal stakeholders and customers meet their commitments by proactive follow-ups and accountability management.
- Organize and lead structured project calls with clear agendas, managing logistics and actionable outcomes.
- Proactively escalate risks and blockers to the Customer Success Manager to avoid surprises, including tracking relevant bugs and feature requests.
- Define and update the project RACI matrix to clarify roles and ownership across engagements.
- Deliver weekly status reports both internally and to clients, summarizing project progress and risks.
- Leverage AI tools such as Claude to streamline reporting and status updates, improving efficiency without burdening the team.
- Monitor customers’ technical integrations against committed applications to ensure alignment.
- Build strong collaborative relationships within internal teams and adhere to established project management standards.
Candidate Profile
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in project coordination or management.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable utilizing diverse project tools, including AI-based productivity enhancements for reporting and documentation.
- A natural proponent of accountability who proactively ensures commitments are met by all parties.
- Strong communication skills enabling clear, concise, and actionable information delivery across diverse audiences.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from $117,000 to $132,000, dependent on experience and skill level.
- Fully remote work within ±4 hours of Pacific Time zone.
