Program Manager (Entry-Level)

Position Overview

MTG Telecomunicaciones is seeking an enthusiastic and meticulous Entry-Level Program Manager to remotely oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects and initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in prioritizing responsibilities, collaborating across teams, and advancing organizational strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing programs and associated projects
• Help manage timelines, important milestones, deliverables, and priorities within programs
• Facilitate coordination across various projects and cross-functional groups
• Monitor the progress and performance metrics, identify risks, issues, and project interdependencies
• Compile program status reports, presentations, dashboards, and updates for stakeholders
• Organize meetings related to programs, set agendas, document decisions, and follow up on action items
• Collaborate with project managers, business units, technical teams, and other key stakeholders
• Enhance communication and alignment among teams to ensure fulfillment of program objectives
• Spot potential risks, delays, and opportunities to improve processes within programs
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, process records, and reporting standards
• Contribute to continuous enhancement of program management workflows and practices

Candidate Requirements

• Open to Entry-Level or Junior applicants
• Experience ranging from none up to 3 years, including internships, in program management, project management, coordination, operations, business analysis, or related domains
• Basic knowledge of project and program management concepts
• Exposure to Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or comparable methodologies is advantageous
• Superior organizational, time management, and analytical problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while coordinating across diverse teams
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on commitments and deliverables
• Comfort working with distributed and cross-functional teams in a remote setup
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration software is beneficial
• Legal authorization to work full-time in Germany
• Prepared to work effectively in a fully remote environment
