This opportunity is with a partner company seeking a Program Manager (Scrum Master) based in the United States. Role Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and client engagement across a portfolio of strategic technology initiatives, ensuring positive results and robust stakeholder connections.
• Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with government clients by understanding goals, addressing challenges, and providing clear progress updates.
• Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies, enhancing workflows, and supporting continuous delivery.
• Identify risks related to delivery, processes, staffing, finances, and operations proactively and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
• Keep visibility on project dependencies, milestones, and opportunities to sustain program growth.
• Handle contract obligations, coordinate finances, and support portfolio planning alongside internal teams.
• Create and nurture high-performing, collaborative delivery environments for project managers and leads.
• Establish and maintain standards for delivery quality, client service, and agile best practices.
• Coordinate among multiple teams and functions to predict challenges and optimize execution.
• Contribute to strategic goals, operational improvements, and continuous enhancements of program management methods.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master with proficient facilitation of agile teams and ceremonies.
• Background in managing custom software development or cloud infrastructure programs.
• Preferably experienced with government or regulated environments.
• Over 5 years managing delivery outcomes and client relationships across multiple projects or programs.
• Proven ability to handle complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and uncertainties.
• Sound knowledge of agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe and software delivery practices including CI/CD.
• Experience scaling agile teams and assisting organizations through delivery challenges and transformations.
• Strong project management capabilities, including planning, contract management, and strategic delivery oversight.
• Effective communication skills with ability to build and influence stakeholder relationships.
• Highly organized and adaptable in managing complex scenarios across diverse teams and technologies.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence is advantageous.
• Willingness to occasionally travel as needed.
