About the Role

TekStaff IT Solutions is seeking a Project Analyst (also considered a Junior Project Manager) to join their team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This contract position demands a candidate with solid project management or analysis experience along with a post-secondary educational background.

Core Responsibilities and Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience in project management or project analysis roles.
• Ability to develop business cases, gather requirements, and handle financial elements related to projects.
• Possession of a degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
• Effective time management with keen documentation skills.
• Self-driven, highly organized, able to operate independently as well as collaboratively in teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset coupled with adaptability and initiative.
• Proficient stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience interacting directly with clients.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
