About the Role
Sun Shaper Energy Private Limited seeks a dedicated and energetic Project Coordinator to oversee residential rooftop solar projects at the field level in Lucknow. This position involves managing coordination among customers, installation teams, and internal project squads to ensure projects proceed efficiently and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits at customer locations to support residential rooftop solar projects.
- Communicate and coordinate with customers about installation-related activities.
- Liaise with installation and technical teams on project sites for smooth execution.
- Track and monitor the progress of ongoing solar installation projects.
- Collect necessary site-related data accurately and share it with the appropriate teams.
- Manage project timelines and installation schedules responsibly.
- Follow up proactively with customers and internal teams regarding any pending activities.
- Provide timely updates on site progress, issues, and overall project status to the reporting manager.
- Ensure seamless coordination from project confirmation until installation completion.
- Handle essential field-level project coordination and maintain documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma or ITI educational qualification preferred or required.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience desirable, especially in solar, electrical, construction, project coordination, or field operations.
- Good communication and coordination capabilities.
- Comfortable performing regular field visits to various project sites.
- Basic understanding of electrical or solar systems is advantageous.
- Proficient with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Capability to interact effectively with customers and field personnel.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to travel locally for project assignments.
- Owning a two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory along with a valid driving license.
- Must be comfortable visiting residential project sites regularly.
Additional Information
- This role involves primarily field coordination duties.
- Advanced technical expertise is not mandatory; however, basic knowledge of electrical or solar work is preferred.
- Immediate joining candidates will be preferred.
Compensation and Location
Monthly remuneration ranges between INR 15,000 and 25,000. The position is based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and requires onsite work.
