About the Company
House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) is a Saudi Arabia-based multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm. The organization offers end-to-end support in architecture, engineering, planning, and consultancy, serving a broad mix of sectors across the full project lifecycle.
Role Overview
HCO is looking for a Project Engineer in Riyadh to help drive engineering and construction projects through effective coordination, communication, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, coordinating, and carrying out project activities.
- Track project progress to make sure work stays aligned with schedules and delivery goals.
- Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Draft project updates, meeting notes, and action-item follow-ups.
- Help organize project files, deliverables, and communication records.
- Join project meetings and ensure next steps are followed through on time.
- Support project managers in delivering projects efficiently and maintaining strong stakeholder engagement.
- Keep project documentation current and compliant with company processes and project-specific requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management support, or the construction sector.
- Strong verbal and written English and Arabic skills.
- Active registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
- Solid interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Hands-on experience coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Well-developed organization and multitasking skills.
- Ability to prepare reports, arrange meetings, and support day-to-day project operations.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
