Overview
Qaledon, part of Caledonia Financial Group, is searching for a skilled Project Manager to transform concepts into effective action. This role demands bringing clarity, structure, and sustained energy to initiatives of varying complexity and fields across the organisation.
Unlike roles with a fixed project, you will manage multiple initiatives company-wide including product launches and internal process enhancements. You must excel at keeping projects progressing without impeding teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute cross-functional projects spanning multiple teams and departments.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and scope aligning with strategic business objectives.
- Serve as liaison across product, design, engineering, legal, compliance, and operational units.
- Early identification and communication of risks while maintaining project momentum.
- Implement efficient, lean processes that facilitate delivery without excessive complexity.
- Provide leadership with progress updates and obstacles, adjusting plans as priorities evolve.
- Support teams in concentrating efforts on the most critical tasks.
Candidate Profile
- At least 5 years of project management experience in dynamic, rapidly expanding organisations.
- Demonstrated success in steering delivery in cross-disciplinary teams balancing diverse priorities.
- Background handling both technology-oriented and operational projects.
- Exceptional communication skills capable of simplifying complex concepts for varied audiences.
- Proven ability to confidently engage executives, align groups, and preempt conflict.
- Highly organised with aptitude to bring order to uncertain or chaotic situations.
- Skilled at delegating and motivating teams effectively without micromanagement.
- Proficient in clear, succinct documentation maintaining progress without unnecessary complication.
- Experience with modern project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, Notion, and Asana.
- Self-motivated and capable of advancing projects with minimal supervision.
- Steady under pressure, decisive when confronted with obstacles, with a strong outcome focus.

Collaboration and Reporting
This position reports directly to the COO and involves close collaboration with engineering, product, compliance, and finance teams. The Project Manager acts as the cornerstone for structured, well-documented, and successfully delivered projects across the company.
