It incorporates three key business units: InCred Finance (a lending NBFC), InCred Capital (covering institutional and wealth management), and InCred Money, which provides digital investment distribution tailored for B2C and B2B2C segments, particularly the mass-affluent and retail sectors. Their goal is to revolutionize financial services in India by offering technologically advanced and customer-centric solutions.

This position is for a QA/SDET Automation Engineer based in Bavdhan, Pune, requiring five days onsite. The role involves working within the FinTech domain focusing on a Digital Wealth Ecosystem and Investment Platforms to ensure platform quality, security, and reliability through manual skills combined with advanced automation framework design.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and sustain comprehensive automated test frameworks for web and mobile platforms employing Selenium and Appium.
• Execute extensive manual and automated testing to deliver seamless user experiences across diverse browsers, devices, and mobile operating systems.
• Validate intricate financial workflows, calculator functionalities, and RESTful APIs, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with security standards.
• Collaborate closely with development and product teams to support a dynamic and rapidly evolving digital wealth platform.
• Detect, analyze, and thoroughly report defects, coordinating with developers to facilitate timely resolutions.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Expertise in Selenium with advanced capabilities in constructing resilient, scalable end-to-end web automation frameworks.
• Proficient in Appium-based mobile automation, alongside strong experience in functional testing for Android and iOS environments, both manual and automated.
• In-depth understanding of FinTech processes, including transaction workflows, data integrity, and regulatory security protocols pertaining to digital investment platforms.
• Skilled in RESTful API validation and automation to assure comprehensive end-to-end API testing.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in one of the following disciplines: Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science and Business Systems, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Electronics and Computer Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
