QC Inspector

About the Role

The QC Inspector will be based at Aero - 505A Airport Road, Singapore, responsible for ensuring all incoming aircraft components, parts, and materials meet required quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept and inspect all deliveries of aircraft parts and materials, validating quality and correctness.
• Unpack shipments, count the inventory physically, and confirm counts against the delivery documentation.
• Verify certificates to ensure they fulfill air regulation and customer criteria.
• Perform goods receipt entries within the SAP system accurately.
• Collaborate with procurement and customers to address and resolve discrepancies in received items.
• Apply airworthiness and certification standards during inspection processes.
• Operate the SAP system for receiving processes; experience with aerospace ERP systems is advantageous.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess NITEC or Diploma in Engineering, Mechanical, Aerospace or closely related disciplines.
• Demonstrate independence, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
• Have fundamental Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with SAP software.
• Flexibility to work shifts when scheduled.
