Quality Inspector

About the Role

We are looking for a diligent Quality Control Engineer specializing in aerospace and precision machine components to join our team. The role focuses on ensuring that all parts strictly meet safety regulations, design specifications, and industry standards through detailed inspections and quality management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dimensional and metrology inspections on CNC-machined parts at receiving, in-process, and final stages using tools such as CMM, contour tracers, and micrometers.
• Verify key quality attributes including tolerances, surface finishes, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) conformity.
• Maintain rigorous compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards by managing necessary documentation like material test certificates and quality assurance plans.
• Identify and document non-conformance issues, develop Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and lead efforts in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and deploying Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Conduct regular calibration verification and tracking of all measurement equipment and test fixtures to ensure accuracy prior to use.
• Collaborate effectively with design, production, and supply chain departments to troubleshoot manufacturing challenges and enhance part manufacturability.
