Role overview

This is an early-stage hiring position where the focus is on accountability, quick execution, and strong work discipline. The person in this role is expected to manage recruitment work end-to-end with minimal handholding.

What you will do

• Own each hiring request fully, from the initial brief through final closure.
• Share only high-quality, relevant candidate shortlists instead of sending large volumes of CVs.
• Keep everyday activity and pipeline updates accurate and easy to track.
• Set up and maintain straightforward recruitment workflows, trackers, and follow-up routines.
• Stay in clear communication with both candidates and clients, with no missed updates or loose ends.
• Persist with follow-ups until the role is closed or there is a clear decision to stop.
• Work effectively under targets, pressure, and rejection while maintaining quality standards.
• Protect candidate information and honor commitments made to clients in an ethical manner.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary in the range of INR 18,000 to INR 35,000.
