The Regional Manager will serve as a vital connector between KellyDeli's back office, retail partners, and various points of sale in the assigned German region. Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate clear communication between head office and outlets regarding commercial, marketing, and quality objectives.
  • Act as the primary local and regional liaison for retailers.

  • Stay informed on new retail concepts, sector trends, and competitor activities.

Performance Management

  • Manage kiosk KPIs including sales revenue, product mix optimization, waste control, and best-seller availability.
  • Ensure production plans and product compliance are met while maintaining cost of goods sold through recipe adherence.
  • Monitor product quality and hygiene standards during visits.
  • Drive proactive sales actions such as daily tastings and customer engagement, and develop sales training programs.
