Key Responsibilities

Serving as a prominent member within the European Commercial operation, this role entails working alongside retailer leadership teams and internal stakeholders to facilitate sales, marketing, aftersales, and customer experience goals across the region. Beyond meeting sales targets, the role aims to foster sustainable performance by enhancing the network's capabilities and supporting partners in maximizing Aston Martin's brand potential.

The manager will analyze each retailer’s business to spot growth opportunities, assist with strategic planning, and develop actionable plans that enhance performance. Activities include evaluating commercial outcomes, aiding new model launches, advancing customer experience programs, and helping improve retailer profitability. Building strong, ongoing relationships with retailers across Europe is central to this role, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is well-versed in the automotive retail sector, capable of balancing data analysis with interpersonal engagement. Experience within a manufacturer or retailer context is expected, with a robust knowledge of dealership operations and an aptitude for translating insights into effective actions. Strong communication, influence, and credibility-building skills across diverse stakeholder levels—from operational teams to dealer principals, investors, and senior executives—are essential.

Proficiency in interpreting performance data, market trends, and commercial prospects is required. Additionally, understanding that sustainable success arises from solid relationships, trust, and a collective pursuit of excellence is critical. Experience in the luxury or ultra-luxury automotive market is advantageous, though a mindset focused on commercial acumen and network development is equally valued.
