Technical Proficiencies

The position requires advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data cleaning, detailed analysis, report customization, and data manipulation. Familiarity with Workforce Management (WFM) applications such as eWFM, Verint/BluePumpkin, IEX, and CMS platforms is also important.
