Sales Coordinator

Role overview

We are seeking a goal-oriented Sales Coordinator to help expand heavy equipment sales and strengthen customer relationships. This position is centered on identifying business opportunities, converting leads into sales, and keeping customers satisfied throughout the process.

What you will do

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with both current and potential customers.
• Use solid knowledge of construction machinery spare parts to suggest the right products and solutions.
• Spot new business prospects and contribute to sales growth.
• Handle customer questions by phone and email in a prompt, courteous, and professional way.
• Prepare quotations, manage orders, and follow up until customer needs are fully met.
• Keep inventory and parts data accurate in the inventory management system.
• Work with the Oracle Parts Management System for parts search, order handling, and stock tracking.
• Coordinate with different internal teams to support smooth order completion and delivery.
• Meet sales targets while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• A diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another related technical field is required.
• Prior experience in parts sales, customer support, or a similar position is expected.
• Familiarity with construction machinery or heavy equipment spare parts is an advantage.
• Experience working with Oracle-based systems is required.
