Sales Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to work full-time within Dundalk and nearby areas from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. The position is field-based, requiring you to engage directly with residential customers to promote waste management and recycling solutions provided by Panda. The starting salary is €31,000 annually, complemented by bonus opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture new customer relationships within the local community.
• Meet set sales targets on weekly, monthly, and yearly bases.
• Develop thorough knowledge about Panda’s products, services, and customer propositions.
• Identify potential customers, arrange appointments, and conduct effective sales discussions.
• Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to customer account setup.
• Ensure customer accounts are correctly established and follow up post-sale to gather satisfaction feedback.
• Anticipate and address customer needs proactively in a professional manner.
• Maintain precise records of customer and sales data utilizing CRM and sales software.
• Represent Panda positively while canvassing door-to-door in Dundalk and its surrounding areas.

Who We Are Looking For

• Previous sales experience of approximately 1-2 years is preferred.
• Experience in the waste industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Confident, personable, and professional communication style.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in building rapport and interpersonal engagement.
• Capable of persuasive communication balanced with professionalism.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Well-organized with keen attention to detail.
• Competent with sales software, CRM systems, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn industry standards and applications.
