Program overview
The Aditya Birla Capital Sales Leadership Program is an accelerated pathway created to shape future sales leaders. It is aimed at postgraduate students from universities and colleges across India and offers a route into sales roles across multiple business lines within Aditya Birla Capital. Selected candidates join as Sales Trainees in different sales and distribution channels.

Candidate profile
This opportunity is intended for MBA or PGDM graduates with a specialization in Sales & Marketing or BFSI. Candidates with 0 to 3 years of prior experience may apply.
Role and key outcomes
- Promote and sell financial products while meeting assigned sales targets.
- Use effective marketing approaches to support product sales.
- Provide complete pre-sales and post-sales assistance to customers and clients.
- Build and manage relationships with stakeholders and channel partners, while aligning deliverables to their needs.
- Plan manpower, manage teams, and guide them to improve performance.
Compensation
The total compensation is INR 9,00,000 per annum. In year 1, the fixed pay is INR 7,00,000 per annum, with an assured bonus of INR 1,00,000 payable after completion of one year based on performance, and a joining bonus of INR 1,00,000 paid in the first month’s salary. The joining bonus is recoverable if the candidate leaves within the first year or is not confirmed due to performance-related issues. From year 2 onward, the role moves to the sales incentives plan of the relevant line of business.
