Role Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate operational workflow by serving as the main contact for crews and supervisors, ensuring services are delivered safely and on time
- Schedule work allocations within a rolling two-week timeframe for electrical and mechanical operations teams
- Ensure prompt dispatch of work orders to meet service delivery performance targets
- Adjust resource allocation dynamically to respond to changing operational demands among field crews
- Support administrative tasks such as purchase order creation and preparing work packs aligned with defined project scopes
- Handle inquiries from various stakeholders courteously and efficiently
Required Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in scheduling roles or similar operational planning functions
- Exceptional organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with SAP, Maximo, and Microsoft Office applications
- A strong customer service orientation
