Senior Agile Methodologies Analyst

Role Overview

The Senior Agile Methodologies Analyst will operate within the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring the structuring, organization, and advancement of company initiatives in collaboration with business units. The position demands oversight of squads, application of agile practices aligned with project governance, fostering cross-departmental integration, and supporting continuous process enhancements. Responsibilities also include monitoring key metrics, maintaining information transparency, and assisting in decision-making support.

Key Duties

• Lead and maintain the pipeline of initiatives by applying agile practices adapted to the company model, ensuring prioritization, structuring, and tracking aligned with strategic goals.
• Ensure squads operate effectively by facilitating processes, encouraging interdepartmental collaboration, removing obstacles, and sustaining progress through necessary ceremonies and coordination.
• Support Product Owners and involved departments by aiding problem comprehension, defining objectives, evaluating alternatives, and guiding solution direction.
• Maintain clear visibility and systematization of information through data consolidation, backlog monitoring, and preparation of materials that aid decision-making.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as refinement sessions, checkpoints, and committees to maintain progress and uphold decision quality.
• Contribute to enhancing the management model by promoting integration and ensuring consistency in governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Administration, or related fields; postgraduate education in the field is required.
• Substantial experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or project management professional applying agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar) in corporate settings.
• Experience in industrial environments, preferably within paper and pulp, packaging, manufacturing, or production processes.
• Knowledge in project governance, indicator management, and initiative monitoring.
• Proven ability in leading multidisciplinary squads, fostering area integration, organizing deliverables, and promoting continuous process improvement.
• Basic proficiency in English.
