Position Summary

The company seeks a detail-focused Senior Analyst to join their expanding Analytics department. This role emphasizes supporting data-driven projects, producing client-facing reports, and generating business insights. The ideal candidate should possess foundational data analysis experience, ambition to enhance technical skills, and collaborate across teams to enable data-informed decisions. With a minimum of 2-3 years in client reporting and analytics, the role is pivotal in managing reporting, analytical reviews, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate analytic initiatives by collecting data requirements and preparing reporting outputs.
• Perform exploratory data analyses to evaluate program performance, compliance, and usage patterns.
• Document query logic and methodologies comprehensively to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align analytics with business objectives.
• Engage with stakeholders to comprehend project needs and deliver data support.
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
• Leverage analytical tools to detect trends within complex datasets.
• Design dashboards, reports, and visualizations that guide operational and strategic efforts.
• Maintain and revise standard and ad hoc reports under senior supervision.
• Assist compliance measures ensuring all reporting adheres to regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality control processes and sustain documentation consistency.
• Engage in ongoing training initiatives to enhance analytic proficiency.
• Uphold the Judi Health Code of Conduct, including reporting noncompliance matters.

Required Qualifications

• At least four years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field commensurate with Analyst level.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau Desktop and deploying to Tableau Cloud/Server.
• Strong command of SQL; familiarity with Snowflake preferred.
• Competency with Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experienced in utilizing GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
• Understanding of dbt principles and governance of metric definitions.
• Preferably domain knowledge in pharmacy benefit management (PBM).
• Experience handling pharmacy and medical claims data.
• Prior involvement in client reporting strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in a pertinent discipline or equivalent practical experience.

Compensation

Salary for this role in Charlotte, NC ranges from $103,200 to $129,000 annually.
