Role Overview

The Senior Architect position centers on designing and ensuring secure, reliable, and zero downtime solutions integral to DHL's global logistics operations. This role involves collaborating across IT teams to overcome intricate challenges and ensuring architecture alignment from proposal through project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end, complex software architectures tailored to mission-critical logistics solutions.
• Ensure architectural alignment with organizational standards during proposal and project phases.
• Collaborate with implementation teams to deliver high-quality solutions as designed.
• Coordinate architecture forums and engage across multiple domains within the logistics business.

Required Expertise and Skills

• 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in software architecture for complex systems.
• Strong proficiency in Enterprise Architecture principles and initiatives.
• Ability to navigate broad and deep architectural topics, supporting cross-domain collaboration.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI technologies and cloud-native design practices.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English to interact with cross-region global teams.
