Role Summary
Radiant Systems is seeking a Senior CloudOps Engineer in Bengaluru with 5 to 7 years of experience. The role calls for strong AWS, DevOps, and automation capabilities to manage cloud infrastructure, assist with migration initiatives, and strengthen reliability in production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in moving applications from on-premises or other cloud platforms into AWS.
- Administer AWS infrastructure through Terraform and Ansible.
- Design, implement, and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Track application and infrastructure health with Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, ELK, or comparable observability tools.
- Investigate production incidents, carry out root cause analysis, and drive improvements in system stability.
- Automate routine operational work using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Provide support for Docker and Kubernetes-based environments.
Required Background
- At least 5 years of experience in CloudOps, DevOps, or systems engineering.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud migration projects.
- Working knowledge of Linux and Windows servers, networking, DNS, HTTPS, and load balancing.
- Practical exposure to Terraform, CI/CD tooling, Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring platforms.
- Strong communication skills and incident handling capability.
