About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Python AI Developer with 4 to 6 years of practical experience in creating AI-driven applications. The successful candidate will be involved in designing, developing, and integrating advanced AI technologies to enhance intelligent automation solutions within enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered applications using Python.
- Incorporate AI/ML, natural language processing (NLP), generative AI, and agentic AI into products and workflows.
- Utilize large language models (LLMs), AI agents, and AI coding assistants such as Ceande, Codex, or Copilot.
- Develop APIs, automate business workflows, and integrate AI capabilities with enterprise software.
- Provide project estimations and advocate for an AI-first development approach.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of substantial experience in Python development.
- Practical expertise in AI/ML, NLP, generative AI, and agentic AI technologies.
- Experience using AI-assisted code development tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or Windsurf.
- B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related engineering disciplines.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, prompt engineering, Model-Consistent Prediction (MCP), and AI agent orchestration frameworks.
- Experience in deploying AI applications in production settings.
